Undoubtedly Elizabeth is from a place called Sours. The only place I find is a Chateau Sours, a winery in Bordeaux. I have another person Humberge de Sours (wife of Eberhard de Breteuil), born about the same time. They could be sisters.
They had a son and a daughter, named Barthelemy Sire de and Isabella de.
