Tadg Mac Gillapatrick Na was born about 0966 in Ireland.  Tadg Mac Gillapatrick Na's father was Gilla-Patraic Na Ossory , King of Ossory and his mother was Eachraidh Ui Aeda Odba. He had a sister named Aife Na.  He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Tadhg (Teige) and Slani.  He died about 1027.
