John was born in 1378 in Lyonshall, Herefordshire, England. He died at the age of 60 in 1438 in Weobley, Herefordshire, England.General Notes
John Marbury, of Over-Walton, was Chief Justice in South Wales. He had the family estates by inquisition of lands in County Nottingham, Lincoln, Hereford, Salop, Leicester, Bedford and Hertford at the Feast of St. Gregory, 5 Feb. and 4 July Henry VI, 1468. He had an only daughter, Elizabeth.
John and Agnes were married in a religious ceremony after 1415 in 3rd husband 2nd wife.
