Robert De Ferrers III Earl of was born in 1062 in Ferrers, Derbyshire, England. Robert De Ferrers III Earl of's father was Henry De Ferrers II Earl Of Derby and his mother was Berthe Roberts. His paternal grandfather was Walkelin de Ferrers. He had two sisters named Gundreda and Maud. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 77 in 1139.
