Robert DE GRANTMESNIL 
Robert was born in 1003 in Grandmesnil, Calvados. He died at the age of 36 in 1039 in In a Battle between the DE Toeni And the Beaumont Families.General Notes
Founded the first 5 Royal Tribes and restored the Crown ofGweynedd in 1081. Was imprisoned by the Normans in Chester in1081-1093 in Bangor Cathedral.
They had a son named Hugh II.
