Ermengarde would appear to be Raymond-Bernard's niece. This is the second time in this Trencavel pedigree that it has occurred. And, once again I am not sure of the pedigree at this point, in terms of Ermengarde's detailed ancestry. In general I believe that Ermengarde is of the Count of Carcassone's family, as supported by Nathaniel Taylor's posting to SGM; but perhaps her mother was not Rangearde, daughter of Bernard-Aton III.
Ermengarde de and Raymond-Bernard II were married in a religious ceremony in 1066. They had a son named Bernard-Aton.
