According to Jared Olar, citing "Royalty for Commoners", Fulk was Count of Carbon, which later was called Montagne. I believe that he meant Mortagne, in that Helvise's son became Count of Mortagne. In addition the grandson became count of Mortagne and Perche, which fits with the town called Mortagne-au-Perche in Orne, Normandy, near the border with Eure-et-Loire.
