Melvin L. was born on April 29th, 1922 in Monroe Co., Indiana.  He died at the age of 79 on March 1st, 2002 in Indiana University Medical Center.  He was buried in Valhalla Memory Gardens, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana.
