Fred was born on October 25th, 1901 in Bloomington ,Monroe Co.,  Indiana.  He died at the age of 86 on July 8th, 1988 in Bloomington ,Monroe Co.,  Indiana.  He was buried in Clear Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek, Monroe Co., Indiana.
