James SKAGGS

 Rachel MOREDOCK
Rachel was born in 1705 in Fincastle, VA.  She died at the age of 84 in 1789 in Montgomery Co., VA.

 Thomas SKAGGS
Thomas was born in 1728 in Virginia.  He died at the age of 101 in 1829.
