‌Joseph and Mehitable were married in a religious ceremony on November 27th, 1718.¹   They had nine sons and three daughters, named John, Thomas, Jonathan, Ebenezer, Joseph, Jabez, Daniel, James, Abiel, Mehitable, Mary and Alice.
