‌James and Delilah were married in a religious ceremony on January 7th, 1830 in Lawrence County, Ohio.¹   They had two sons and six daughters, named Washington Tracy, James Vinton, Mary Ann, Hester Ann, Sarah Amanda, Elizabeth, Julia Ann and Arvilla.
