  Mercer Co. Records Will Bk 3 page 207 dated March 1803
  Isham Prewitt proved Dec 1806 To sons Isham, David and
  Joseph 5 shillings each as they have been given their part.
  To daughter Molly Petty 5 shillings has had her part. To
  his daughter Frances Walker and to his youngest son Anthony
  Prewitt he leaves 100 acres of land which he had bought
  from his son David Prewitt. To son Anthony also a slave
  named Peter. Son Anthony and Phillip Waler to be the
  Executers.
  
  Note: In the VA Taxes this slave Peter is one that is
  listed in the property of Isham Pruitt Sr. Isham Pruitt Sr.
  by deed in Charlotte C. VA had given each son; Isham Jr.,
  David, Joseph 150 acres of land in 1778.
