  In his father's will, John Harvey is willed, "the land in Georgia".   Interesting Deed in Cha rlotte
  Co., Va. Deed Book One (1), page 017:Dated March 1765.   James Harvey, OF SOUTH CAROLINA, t o John
  Harvey of Charlotte Co., for 70 Pounds, 90 acreas bounded by Charles Harvey's line, John Rich ardson's
  line, and by the remainder of the 390 a survey.  Signed James Harvey.  Wit by Chas. McKinney,
  Blassingame Harvey, Thos. Harvey, Alexander Ritchey.  Rec. 1 April 1765. I think about everyt hing was
  burned in South Carolina, but there might be something -- descendants? -- who would have some thing of
  interest on the James Harvey line.
