‌Joseph and Mary Jane were married in a religious ceremony about 1860 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   They had six sons and four daughters, named William, William W., George W., Francis M., Andrew J., Abner, Martha, Lucinda, Hannah and Dora.
