‌John Alexander and Mary Jane were married in a religious ceremony on January 11th, 1870 in Old Mines, Union Twp., Washington Co., Missouri.¹   They had two sons and seven daughters, named Christopher, Thomas, Mary J., Sarah, Catherine Susan, Josephine, Rachel, Joseph and Nellie Reasal.
