BIOGRAPHY: Set on the throne by Nebuchadnezzar.
BIOGRAPHY: The early monks integrated the received genealogies of pagan kings with the biblical genealogies. The kings knew their genealogies back many generations and wanted to know how they too were descended from Adam and Eve.
BIOGRAPHY: This is obviously a "legend" since Josiah was a descendant of David, and David lived in about the 8th century BCE. And with Tea this line is already in the 17th century BCE.
