heirs of David Rippetoe are Claris sa Dickerson, wife of Joel
Dickerson (sic), Ann Bowden wife of John B owden and Albert H.
Rippetoe of full age and Lucinda Rippetoe and Ma ry Rippetoe,
minors under 21, that your petitioner is the widow of sai d
deceased 10 Sept 1838.
