  I, George Willing give to son John Willing, one shilling and no more.  I
  give to son George Willing all of my real estate provided he gives my son
  James Willing $50 in current money and also give my dau Realia Willings a
  home at my place till she can raise her children as long as she wants to
  stay there. I leave after all debts are paid balance equally divided
  among James,
  George, Cadmus, and Realia. George is ex. Signed 10 Aug 1874.  Wit:
