Caroline was born on June 21st, 1713. Caroline's father was George II Augustus Hanover King of England and her mother was Wilhelmina-Caroline von Brandenburg. Her paternal grandparents were George I Louis Hanover King of England and Sophia Dorothea von Brunswick-Celle; her maternal grandfather was Margrave of Brandenburg-Anspach. She had three brothers and four sisters, named George, William, Frederick Louis Hanover, Anne, Amelia, Louisa and Mary.-
