Catherine Atherton 
Catherine was born in 1628 in England.1 Catherine's father was Humphrey Atherton and her mother was Mary Wales. Her paternal grandparents were Edmund Atherton and Mary Rudd; her maternal grandparents were John Wales and Unknown Resamond. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named Jonathan, Increase, Consider, Hope, Watching, Elizabeth, Isabel, Mary, Margaret, Rest, Thankful and Patience. She was the second oldest of the thirteen children.-
