HOTCHKISS COUPLE MARRIED AT GUNNISON
A simple but pretty wedding took place Sunday evening, July 20th,
at 8 o'clock at the home of the bride's father, C. B. McElvain when Miss Martha McElvain and Mr. Max Hall Scott were united in the holy bonds of matrimony, the Rev. Perris of Gunnison, officiating.
The bride is a most attractive young lady with a charming personality. She is well known to our phone users and has always given general satisfaction while an operator in the central office here.
The groom is a young rancher on Rogers mesa, well liked by all who know him, has been in the service for some time, recently receiving his discharge.
It is understood the young people will make their home here.
