George Efird Metts

George Efird was born on January 14th, 1879.¹  He had two brothers and a sister, named John Quincy, Callie Benbreadge and Minnie Rebecca.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 79 on June 16th, 1958.  He was buried in St. Peters Pineywoods, Chapin, South Carolina.^1 1
