Grace Amick
Prosperity - Services for Grace Long Amick, 87, formerly of Counts Rd.,
will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church with burial in
the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 tonight at
McSwain-Evans Fuenral Home. Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist
Church Cemetery Fund, 2503 Bethel Church Rd., Prosperity, SC 19127. The
funeral home is in charge.
Mrs. Amick, widow of Ronald B. Amick, died Thursday. Born in Prosperity,
she was a daughter of the late W.H. and Ida Baker Long. She was a
retired employee of Whitten Center and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sister, Nell L. Counts of Prosperity; brother, Hance I.
Long of Prosperity; a number of nieces and nephews.
