  Ida, mistress of King Henry II, of England, later married to Rog er Bigod, 2nd Earl of Norfolk.
  
  She is >>>probably<<< the 'Countess Ida' who was the mother of W illiam Longsword, but this has not been established with any deg ree of certainty.
  
  It is thought that she might be an Ida de Toeni, a granddaughte r of Ida of Hainault, but this is speculative.
