  Obit, The State Paper
  Legrand Fulmer
  Chapin - Services for Legrand Shealy Fulmer, 79, of 281 Columbia Ave.,
  will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Horeb lutheran Church, with
  burial in the church cemetery.  Mr. Fulmer will be placed in the church
  at 10:15 a.m.  The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 tonight at
  Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel.  Memorials may be made to
  Mt. Horeb Lutheran Church Building Fund or Cemetery Fund.
  
  Mr.Fulmer died Sunday, December 28, 1997.  Born April 2, 1918, in Chapin,
  he was a son of the late Wilbur E. and Lula Mae Shealy Fulmer.  He was a
  member of Mt. Horeb Lutheran Church, Boyleston Lodge #123, Brotherhood
  Railroad for 55 years and a Mason.
  
  Surviving are his wife; Doris Rowe Fulmer of Chapin; son, Larry L. Fulmer
  of Ballentine; daughter, Gayle F. Wicker of Little Mountain; stepsons,
  George F. Branham of Chapin and Ricky L. Branham of White Rock;
  stepdaughters, Carol B. Carroll and Donna B. Derrick, both of Chapin;
  sister, Mary Ellen Bostain of Chapin; brothers, Henry Paul Fulmer of
  Lexington and G. Donald Fulmer of Columbia; six grandchildren; five
  great-grandchildren; and 10 stepgrandchildren.[Sease#2.FTW]
