Wilbur Elton Dowd

Wilbur Elton was born on September 13th, 1897.¹  He had a sister named Minnie Ruth.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 55 on January 14th, 1953.  He was buried in Mt. Tabor Lutheran Cemetery, Little Mountain, SC.^1 1
