Andrew Hunter of St. Martins Parish, Louisa Co., Va to Andrew Hunter, Jr. land for "love and affection I bear my son, Andrew Hunter, Jr."
Louisa Deed Book, Book B, Page 268 - 6/27/1758:
Deed from Andrew Hunter to his son Stephen Hunter, tract of land 320 acres on both sides of south branch of Rocky Creek, beg. at Andrew Hunter's corner of several unmarked trees in Alexander Clasprey's line, thence on his line to James Buchanan's corner, thence on Buchanan's line south 63 degrees west at 20 south branch of said creek at 142 poles his corner.

In the name of God Amen I Andrew Hunter of the parish of saint Martins
in the County of Louisa being in perfect memory and calling to mind the
certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time I do make and ordain
this my Last will and Testament in manner and form following first I
reccommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it hoping to be
saved by the precious death and pasion of my Blesses Saviour Jesus Christ
and my body I commit to the ground and as tuching such worldly Estate
wherewith it hat pleased God to bless me with I give and despose there of
in manner and form following I give to my son Peter part of my Land gining
to his line beginning at a red oak by the river running thence N. 30 Degr.
East 24 poles to a red oak saplin by the road thence a long the road North
38/2 West 16 poles to a pine thence North 1 degrees West 46 poles to a
hickory in Dabneys Line thence on his Line North 19 1/2 degrees west 27
