‌Philip Jackson and Mary Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on January 21st, 1813 in Near the Red House, Caswell Co., North Carolina (home of William Rainey).  They had two sons and a daughter, named Philip Whitehead Jackson, Richard Obediah and Elizabeth Bushrod.
