‌Parkes and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on December 28th, 1792 in Louisa Co., VA.  They had eight sons and two daughters, named William Woodson, Parkes T., Fleming T., Jefferson C., John, Joseph M., Nathaniel, Robert, Elizabeth and Ursula.
