  Charles City County, Virginia Miscellaneous Records:
  
  Petition of Fielding Lewis and Agnes his wife, daughter and joint devisee under the last will of Samuel Harwood, deceased, late of Charles City County, who in 1778 left a will leaving the Hon. John Tyler and Margaret Edmondson, his widow and now wife of Benjamin Edmondson, executors, and gave the oratrix one-fourth part of Negros, and personal estate: "All my children Agnes, Nancy, and Peggy one fourth part of all my Negros and personal estate as they come of age or marry..."  He died in 1778.  Orator and oratrix were married in 1788.  They seek division of the estate.
