Clement and Barbara were married in a religious ceremony before 1749. They had seven sons and three daughters, named Patrick Sim, Alexander Lawson, Clement, John Addison, Richard, Walter, Joseph Sim, Mary Sim, Susanna and Rachel.

Alexander Lawson was born in 1754. He died at the age of 48 in 1802.
