    N. Shelby County man drowns in pool

    A North Shelby County man is believed to have drowned in his swimming pool while leaf-blowing in his backyard, Shelby County deputies said.
    
    Danny White, 59, of the 5900 block of Baileys Creek near Millington, was found by his wife early Monday.
    
    She noticed the tarp over the swimming pool had been pulled back. Looking closer, she found White in the water, the leaf-blower still strapped to his back. Detectives believe White was blowing leaves from around the pool deck when he fell in.
    
    The medical examiner's office hasn't ruled on the official cause of death."
