    WBRY regrets to announce the death of Mr. Marshall E. Duggin, age 84, who passed away Sunday, December 12, 2004, after a sudden illness at his home at 339 Valley View Road, Woodbury. He was a native of the Porterfield Community of Cannon County. His wife was the late, Wauline ALLMON Duggin. He was survived by two daughters, Janet BARNES of Morrison, & Bette Lines of McMinnville, one brother, Boyd L. Duggin of Readyville, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He was a member of the Woodbury First Baptist Church, and he was a veteran of the Marines during WW-II where he obtained the rank of Colonel. He has been a attorney since 1948, and has been a member of the Rutherford - Cannon County Bar Association. The Funeral will take place at the Woodbury Funeral Home, Tuesday (12/14) at 2 PM. Visitation will be Monday from 4 till 9 PM.
