Anthony LaMonica, 76, of 2631 Cullen St., Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Rome, died Wednesday, May 16, 1984, in Brotman Medical Center, Culver City, Calif. He was born in Italy Sept. 8. 1907, a son of John and Meria LaMonica. When he lived in Rome he was employed by the former General Cable Corp. and attended St. John the Baptist Church
He left Rome several years ago. Surviving are two sons, Richard LaMonica, Seattle. Wash.. and Anthony LaMonica Jr.. Los Angeles; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Phyllis) Lippner, Ccntereach, L.I., and Mrs. Jack (Carol) Slaughter, Clarksvflle, Tenn.; two brothers Joseph LaMonica, Los Angeles, and Thomas LaMonica Utica; and one sister Mrs. Angelfne Lovette, Syracuse.
Service; will be held at 11:15 a.m. Saturday at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. There are no calling hours.
