    Mrs. Michael Lombardo
    Mrs. Michael Lombardo, 67, of
    the Bethany House, died Monday
    night, in Rose Hospital after a
    long illness.
    She was born Aug. 9, 1907 in
    Rome, a daughter of Giovanni
    and Maria Botaglia LaMonica.
    On April 21, 1928 the former
    Anna LaMonica was married to
    Michael Lombardo in Rome. He
    died April 25, 1959.
    She was a member of St. John
    the Baptist Church, Rome.
    Mrs. Lombardo leaves 'three
    daughters, Mrs. William
    (Marilyn) Evans, Claymont,
    Del.; Mrs, Duane (Jenny)
    Wheeler, Rome; Mrs. Thomas
    (Mary) Trego, Fairborn, Ohio;
    two sons, Lawrence Lombardo.
    Rome; John Lombardo
    Poughkeepsie; one sister,
    Angelina Lovette. Syracuse;
    three brothers, Thomas
    LaMonica, Rome; and Joseph
    and Anthony LaMonica, Los
    Angeles, Calif.; and : 20
    grandchildren
    A brother, August LaMonica,
    died in 1967.
    Private funeral services will be
    held Thursday morning at the
    Bottini Funeral Home and at 9:30
    a.m. at St. John the Baptist
    Church.
    Burial will be in the parish
    cemetery.
    Calling hours at the funeral
    home are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
    p.m. Wednesday.
