    To son Clement at 18 yrs. and hrs., all land between Black
    Wat, with Branch and Wolf Trap Branch, and running to
    the Iron Stone hill by Chaptico Old Indian. patent.
    son Thomas at 18 yrs. and hrs., that part of " St. Johns"
    land on w. side St. Clements.

    her death without issue, to pass to son Clement and hrs.

    event of death of any of afsd. unmarried daus. before
    marriage or without issue, surviving sister or sisters to
    inherit deceased's portion, and all dying without issue,
    their lands to revert to sons afsd., and any son or sons
    dying during minority survivor or survivors to inherit
