Joseph Hart

Joseph was born about 1807 in E. Nantmeal Twp. Chester Co., PA. He died on May 2nd, 1849 in Union Twp, Berks Cty. PA. He was buried in St. Mary's PE Cem. E. Nantmeal Twp., Chester Cty, PA..

General Notes
- Hopewell Village by Walker, page 268 that the "Furnace (Hopewell Furnace)
  paid for a silver watch and made it a present to Joseph Hart for his
  perseverance in discovering the new body of mine near old mineholes."
  The watch cost $14.50. On Page 360, Joseph Hart was charged for either a
  
  subscription or postage charges for newspapers.
