Louis was born on October 17th, 1872 in Leuven.1  He had three brothers and two sisters, named Pierre-François Marie Thérèse, Pierre Henri Ferdinand, Henri Marie Albert, Anne Marie Cathérine and Jeanne Marie Elisabeth.  He was adopted by Antoine Vleminckx & Marie Devroy.  Louis is no longer alive.
