Reb Yaakov's father is Reb Avrohom.  His paternal grandparents are HaChoize M'Lublin and Tehilla Shprintzah; his maternal grandparents are  Reb Yaakov Moshe M'Lublin and  <Unknown>.  He is the oldest of three children.  He has a brother and a sister, named Reb Efraim and Matil.
