Naphtali's father is ZC Gruen and his mother is Miriam Gruen.  His maternal grandparents were  Pinchos Menachem Rubinson and  Chava Freida Rubinson.  He is the youngest of three children.  He has two brothers named Aharon and Moshe Beirach.
