Richard was born in December 1719 in Probus, Cornwall and was baptised on December 15th, 1719.  Richard's father was John Bullock.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Bullock and <Unknown>; his.  He was the second of five children.  He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Andrew, Jane and Mary.
