George was born in year 1755 in St Enoder, Cornwall.  George's father was George Bullock and his mother was Elizabeth Arthur.  His paternal grandparents were Edmund Bullock and Mary Vivian; his.  He was an only child.  He died, at the age of 58 years, in October 1813 in Fraddon.  His burial was on October 19th, 1813 in St Enoder, Cornwall.
