Mária Pőthe

Mária was born on December 28th, 1865 in Nagypaka.¹   Mária's father was Tamás Pőthe and her mother was Erzsébet Tóth.  Her paternal grandparents were István Pöthe and Rozália Pöthe; her maternal grandmother was Veronika Tóth. She had a brother and five sisters, named István, Ágnes, Cecilia, Gizella, Anna and Zsófia.  She was the oldest of the seven children.
