my Land and alotment that I Bought of Dan iel Lane Scituate in Seatalket
which was formerly Samule Akerlys with all the Meadow uplands and parcels
of Land whosoever that doth any ways belong to th e Said accommodations I
Say I the Said Fulk Davis have for my Self my Heirs E xecutors fully and
Absolutely Sold and made over to the Said William Sallire his Heirs
Executors Administrators or Assigns all the forementioned lots and
accomodations with all the Meadows Commons upland Trees timbers with all
an d Singular the priveledges appartenances profits and inlargements that
any wa ys belong to the Said lot and accomodations To have and hold
forever and furt her I do hereby Warrent this my Sale Sale good in Law

of his Six acre lot joyning to that I bought of Zakery Hawkins.

Foulk ( Fulke) DAVIS was born about 1615 in Wales. He immigrated before
1639 to New E ngland. Foulk (Fulk)Davis came to New England, moved to Long
Island, first to East Hampton, then progessively moved westward, finally
ending in Jamaica, w here he died in 1680's. He had large family; some of
his descendants moved to New Jersey, near Trenton, and later to Salem and
Cumberland Counties.
He d ied about 1687 in Jamaica, Long Island, New York. He has Ancestral
File numbe r C50D-C8. The first record of Foulk is a deed he witnessed on
Gardiner's Isl and in 1639. He is mentioned frequently in the early
records of Southampton, East Hampton, and Brookhaven. The Collections of[Copley.FTW]
