Izik was born in 1924.  Izik's father was Meir Rap and his mother was Ziwia Rubinfeld.  His paternal grandparents were Moysey Rap and Rivka Riva Fradil ?; his maternal grandparents were  David Rubinfeld and  ? ?.  He was the second of five children.  He had four brothers named Moysey, Yehoshua, Solomon and Baruch.  He died due to murder / assassination.
