Samuel was born in 1902. Samuel's father was Yitzhak Ring and his mother was Shoha ?. He was the third of four children. He had two brothers and a sister, named Eliasz, Herman and Sara Mindel. He died, at the age of 37, in 1939 due to murder / assassination.
