Yitzhak was born in 1945.  Yitzhak's father was Meir (Kestenbaum)  Armoni  and his mother was Sara Lea Schpatz.  His maternal grandparents were  Menachem Mendel Schpatz and  Scheindel Yafa Reif.  He was the youngest of two children.  He had a sister named Rachel.
