Nyr was born on 15-Jan-1971.  Nyr's father is Gideon Hod and his mother is Ilana Ziffer.  His maternal grandparents were  Yona  Pinchas Ziffer and  Rachel Neiman.  He is the second of three children.  He has two sisters named Hadas and Dita.
