Regina was born in 1905. Regina's father was Haim Herman Ziffer and her mother was Hannah ?. Her paternal grandparents were Shelomo Samuel Ziffer and ?. She was the youngest of four children. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Julius and Mollie. She died, at the age of 5, in 1910.
